Rytme is a Copenhagen-based startup designing premium running apparel for women.
About the Internship
We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing & Brand Activations Intern to help grow our brand presence and bring bold ideas to life.
You’ll work closely with our founder on high-impact projects, from shaping brand storytelling to leading our next big project that highlights the feminist roots of our tagline: “Technical apparel for women’s movement.”
This internship is a unique opportunity to lead a major marketing activation from concept to execution, with full ownership of outreach, partnerships, events, and communications.
Key Responsibilities

Lead a brand-defining marketing project from idea to final execution

Build partnerships with collaborators aligned with Rytme’s vision

Plan and co-host events with retail partners and pop-up shops

Own our external communications: Write press kits and pitch stories to media and opinion makers. Shape brand storytelling across SoMe, newsletters & new platforms (like Substack)

Manage collaborations and ensure brand consistency across all channels
Your Profile

A natural storyteller with strong writing skills (in English)

Organized, proactive, and confident managing complex projects

Passionate about women's empowerment and purposeful branding

Skilled in communication and relationship-building

A student (CBS, Kaospilot, or similar) eligible for a full-time internship (SU-supported)
Work Setup
Based in Copenhagen
Independent work 4 days/week + 1 in-person day at our office in Nørrebro
You need to be enrolled in a Danish university where an internship is part of your curriculum and eligible for SU, as this is an unpaid internship.
