When visiting our site you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions described below. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with our terms and conditions before using our site and placing an order.
How to shop on our site
1. BrowseWhen you find a product you want to know more about click “view product” to get a full overview of the style.
2. Purchase
Make sure to select your desired size before clicking “add to cart”.
A pop-up window on your left will now show the products which are added to your cart. Click the arrow symbol to close this view and return to the product page. A symbol with the number of items in your cart is now visible at the top right corner at your view.
In the main menu click “Shop” to view other products or click on the basket to precede with your order.
3. Check-out
Select the basket symbol in the right top corner and followed by clicking on “check out” at the bottom of the pop-up window to complete your shopping.
4. Information for Delivery
You will now be led to a page where you will need to fill out your information for us to successfully ship your order.
You will be asked to provide us with your email address and phone number. We need both to set up the shipping correctly. This information will only be used for shipping purposes and will not be used for marketing or shared with any third party.
Now choose if you want your order to be shipped or you wish to pick it up at the Rytme office in Copenhagen. If you wish your order to be shipped we will ask for your full name, address. The shipping cost will be calculated when you have entered your shipping address. Make sure to check all your information is correct before you complete your purchase.
5. Payment
Enter your credit card information and select “pay now”.
Your order is now placed and will be shipped out shortly.
Shortly after you have placed your order you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Once the order has been shipped you will receive additional information.
VAT & Import Fees
Prices shown on our website are either shown in DKK, EUR or USD depending on your location. All orders within the EU are shown including 25 % VAT.
Orders within the EU
Orders placed within the EU are served as DDP (Dorr Delivery Duty Paid) which means all relevant import duty and tax costs are included in the final purchase price.
Orders outside the EU
Orders placed from outside the European Union are served as DDU ( Door delivery duty unpaid) and does not include Danish VAT.
Please be aware that your country might ask you to pay local VAT and fees for you to receive your order. Please consult your local customer authorities with any inquiries.
Insurance and Delivery
Rytme Sport Aps insures your purchase during the time of transit while being shipped and until it is delivered to the address you have requested. From this point on all responsibilities for your purchased goods are passed on to the customer.
If you wish to return a product, be aware that all responsibilities for the goods are yours until we receive the shipment in good conditions at the Rytme Office, Guldbergsgade 71, 3.tv, 2200 Kbh N DK. We only receive packages sent directly to this address.
Payment Methods
Our website operates on the Shopify platform.
We accept the following payment methods: ShopPay, PayPal, GPay, Visa, Mastercard, AmericanExpress and UnionPay.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability and your order is not fulfilled until you receive a confirmation email with your invoice and shipping information.
If an item in your order is unavailable then we will reach out to you via email to figure out how you wish to proceed with your order or cancel it. If you wish to proceed with your order then we will remove the unavailable item from your order and adjust the payment accordingly.
Discount codes cannot be added after the order has been placed.
Security
Your personal information is kept private and confidential and will at no point be shared with any third party.
Returns
If you wish to cancel a purchase, then we will need to receive your refund request and the returned goods within 14 days from when you have received the goods. Shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer.
All items must be returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means that the items must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn (other than to try the item on). If the product has been tested additionally, we will have to consider it used, which means that it will not be accepted for reimbursement and will be sent back to you at your own expense. All labels or tags must be intact, and each item must be in the original packaging.

Defective Goods
All items are subject to a two-year warranty following Danish law.
All items go through quality control and are checked for any faults before they are sent to our customers. Should you receive an item which is not in perfect condition, then please reach out to us immediately. Goods are classified as faulty if they are damaged when received or if a manufacturing fault occurs within 24 months of purchase.
If Rytme Sport ApS determines the defect is covered with our warranty for Deflect Goods you will receive a full refund (ex. Shipping costs).

If the item is damaged due to wear and tear it will not fall under our warranty for Defective goods.
Make sure to familiarize yourself with our Care Guide available on our site and the QR label attached to any Rytme garment to make your product last over time.
Claims
If you experience a manufacturing defect on a product then please reach out to us immediately, before washing or using the product.
Send us a picture and a description of the defect to info@rytmesport.com. Please write “ Claim + your name + order #” in the subject space.
We will immediately take action and decide if this is a manufacturing effect or consequences of how the product has been treated. Rytme Sport ApS has the authority to make this decision.
If it is concluded the product has a defect then we will replace it for another product if we have it in stock or reimburse the full price of the products (ex. shipping costs from the first purchase) Rytme Sport ApS will in this case cover the additional shipping cost associated with the return/refund.
Complaint Procedure
Happy customers are our first priority and we will always do our best to make the shopping experience with us a good one.
If you have any complaints, questions or doubts then we encourage you to contact us.
Should we not be able to find a satisfying solution for you then you can choose to file a complaint with the Danish authorities: Center for Klageløsninger, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg. You can find more information about this option at www.forbrug.dk
For customers living outside of Denmark in another European country you have the possibility to file a complaint to the EU Commission through their Online Dispute Resolution platform. You can find more information about this option at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
Withdrawal of Order
If you wish to cancel or return your order than please reach out to us immediately by email info@rytmesport.com and write “Return + your name + order #” in the subject line.
We will need to receive the goods you wish to return within 14 days of when you have received your order. All shipping costs related to returns and exchange of sizes are covered by the customer. Please read our size guide and follow our measurement charts carefully before placing an order with us.
