Payment
Our website operates on Shopify platform.
We accept the following payment methods:
ShopPay, PayPal, GPay, Visa, Mastercard, AmericanExpress and UnionPay.
VAT & Import Fees
Prices shown on the website include Danish VAT.
If you place an order from outside the EU the VAT will be removed at check-out.
Your order may be subject to custom & VAT fees in your country when the shipment reaches its destination. Rytme Sport ApS can not assist you with this step.
Please consult your local customer authorities with any inquiries.
Shipping
All orders placed before 14.00 on monday-friday are shipped out the same day. Orders placed later or on weekends are sent out the following weekday.
DK orders: Expect a delivery time of 2-4 days.
EU orders: Expect a delivery time of 3-5 days.
International orders: Expect a delivery time of up to 7 days.
Requirements to achieve Free Shipping
All orders above 2000 DKK / 270 EUR are eligible to receive free worldwide shipping.
This will be calculated at check-out.
Local Pick-up Copenhagen
If you prefer to pick up your order we offer the possibility to stop by our office.
Your order can be picked up the following today.

Open windows for pick up are:
Monday: 10-12
Tuesday: 8-10
Wednesday: 10-12
Thursday: 8-10
Friday: 10-12
It is possible to arrange a pick-up outside this hour as well.
Always send us an email (info@rytmesport.com) or text (+4526156055) with your desired time in advance to schedule a pick up. Please include your name and order# in the message.
Size Exchange
Products can be exchanged to a different size in the same style, if we have it available.
We will need to receive your size exchange request and the returned goods within 14 days from when you have received the goods. Shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer.
All items must be returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means that the items must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn (other than to try the item on). If the product has been tested additionally, we will have to consider it used, which means that it will not be accepted for reimbursement and will be sent back to you at your own expense. All labels or tags must be intact, and each item must be in the original packaging.

Upon receiving our confirmation on your size exchange request, please ship the goods to us. Note we only accept returns sent directly to the address below:

We advise your return shipment to have a traceable service, so it can be located. The goods are in the customers responsibility until Rytme Sports ApS has received the goods at our office location. Please note that the customer must retain the receipt of the return shipment until the product is received and refunded by Rytmesport.com.
When we have received your product and have identified it is in good condition, then we will prepare and pack your new order.
At this time we will send you an email explaining the process of the shipping payment.
For orders within Denmark this can be done on Mobilpay. For all other locations this will be done by bank transfer.
Returns and Refund

We hope you will love your new Rytme goods, but if it is not quite right for you, then we are here to make the return and refund process smooth.
If you wish to cancel a purchase, then we will need to receive your refund request and the returned goods within 14 days from when you have received the goods. Shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer.
All items must be returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means that the items must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn, this also includes stains from trying the garment on. If the products condition in any way has changed from when you received the goods, we will have to consider it used, which means that it will not be accepted for reimbursement and will be sent back to you at your own expense. Furthermore all labels, tags and garment bag must be intact, and each item must be in the original packaging.
Note, you cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods unless giving us notice via e-mail info@rytmesport.com in advance.

All successfully returned items will be credited to the credit card used to originally purchase the items. Please note it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Claims
If you experience a manufacturing defect on a product then please reach out to us immediately, before washing or using the product.
Send us a picture and a description of the defect to info@rytmesport.com. Please write “ Claim + your name + order #” in the subject space.
We will immediately take action and decide if this is a manufacturing effect or consequences of how the product has been treated. Rytme Sport ApS has the authority to make this decision.
If it is concluded the product has a defect then we will replace it for another product if we have it in stock or reimburse the full price of the products (ex. shipping costs from the first purchase) Rytme Sport ApS will in this case cover the additional shipping cost associated with the return/refund.
